Retention Bonus Scheme  £1000.00

At Omega Recruitment Group, we provide a Retention Bonus to eligible candidates who commence temporary roles through our agency in 2024. This annual bonus incentive is designed to retain top-performing Social Care Professionals.

 

To be eligible for a £1000 bonus payment, employees must work at least 1500 hours within 12 months via Omega Recruitment Group.

• The terms and conditions of the retention bonus apply to eligible Qualified Social Workers/ Social Practitioners/ Social Work Management roles in the Omega Recruitment Group.

• The bonus will only be available to agency workers who register with Omega Recruitment Group in 2024 and complete at least 1500 hours within 12 months of their first working day via Omega Recruitment.

• Once the 1500 hours have been completed, the agency worker must notify Omega Recruitment Group via email at SocialWork@omegarecruit.co.uk) to make a claim.

• Upon verification of worked hours, the retention bonus will be paid as a lump sum of £1000.00 within 30 days via payroll and will be subject to relevant tax deductions.

• If the agency worker does not complete 1500 hours within the specified 12-month period, the work hours will not be carried forward to the next period and will be reset to zero.

• Additionally, if the agency worker leaves or the contract is terminated without completing the 1500 hours, no partial payment of the retention bonus will be made.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time, according to business and market conditions.
